Tero Heikkila, Nicola Paradiso, François Lefloch, Jani Taskinen, and Daniel Crawford assisted the International Workshop on Superconductor-Semiconductor Hybrids in Villard-de-Lan, France.
Nicola Paradiso and Tero Heikkila were invited to give the talk “Spin-orbit induced spontaneous supercurrent and rectification effects in 2D superconductors” and “Non-reciprocity in Josephson circuits”, respectively.
Jani Taskinen gave the oral presentation “Wafer-scale CMOS-compatible fabrication
of hybrid Josephson devices” and Daniel Crawford “Josephson anomalous vortices and rotary invariants”.
The aim of the workshop was to discuss topics such as: (1) Growth and development of materials, (2) Quantum devices and their properties, and (3) Theoretical descriptions of materials and devices.
